Irina Zavarina
Personnel Director of the JSC "Severstal-metiz"
 Born in 1962 in Cherepovets.
She studied Economics and Business Administration (in steel production) at the Engineering and Economics Faculty of Moscow Ordzhonikidze Institute of Administration.
In 2006 Ms Zavarina obtained MBA degree at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russian Federation.
In 1985 Irina Zavarina started working at "Cherepovets Steel Rolling Mill" in the position of personal manager at the wire mesh shop. In the following years Ms Zavarina occupied various seniop positions, including Head of Methodology, Planning and Administration Office and Deputy Head OF Labor and Wages Department.
In October 1999 Ms Zavarina was appointed as the head of the Personnel Analysis and Evaluation Department at "Cherepovets Steel Rolling Mill".
In 2000 Irina Zavarina took over responsibility for the Personnel Department at the "Cherepovets Steel Rolling Mill", in 2004 Ms Zavarina was promoted to the role of Personnel Director at "Severstal-Metiz".
