Dniprometyz Replaces Supervisory Board
Shareholders of the Dniprometyz Company, a Dnipropetrovsk-based producer of metal products, replaced the supervisory board of the company at the February 24 meeting.
This is said in a statement by the company, the wording of which was made available to Ukrainian News.
The statement reads that shareholders dismissed Natalia Tihipko as chairwoman of the supervisory board and minority shareholder Zoya Vasyliuk as a member of the supervisory board.
Shareholders appointed a legal entity, Potren Limited (the company owns 60% of Dniprometyz's shares, the statement does not specify a country of registration), as a member of the supervisory board, as well as minority shareholders Anatolii Maksymov, Denys Fedorov, and Marina Chupakhina.
The company's shareholders also re-elected the Kyiv-based TEKO-Dniprometyz holding company (the company owns 25.49% of shares of Dniprometyz) as a member of the supervisory board.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, at February 24 meeting, shareholders in Dniprometyz have dismissed board chairman Viktor Kokashynskyi and appointed Dmytro Serheev.

Dniprometyz finished the year 2004 with a net profit of UAH 6.07 million on net revenues of UAH 202.467 million, an increase of 39% or UAH 56.8 million on the year before.
Dniprometyz specializes in the production of steel wire, powder wire (for welding), electrodes, steel net, nails, and other metal goods.
