Severstal-Metiz held an AGM on March 22, 2007. Shareholders adopted a decision to elect the following persons to the Board of Directors:

6. Pavel Kozeykin
7. Andrey Mityukov
8. Meyson Gregori
9. Andrey Ryzhov

HLB Vneshaudit was approved as the company's auditor for 2007, the company told SKRIN.
