FSFM registers share issue of Severstal-Metiz

On October 17, 2006 the Federal Service for Financial Markets decided to register additional common stocks of Severstal-Metiz (Cherepovets), placed by closed subscription. According to the company's decision on the additional stock issue filed with the Federal Service for Financial Markets, the issuer will place: Number of securities: 11mln. Nominal value of security: RUR0.01. Total value of the offering (at nominal value): RUR110,000. The additional share issue was assigned state registration number 1-02-15044-J-004D, press service of the Federal Service for Financial Markets reported.
