Oryol Ropes Certified to GOST

An inspection check of rope operations was conducted at SEVERSTAL METIZ's Oryol plant. It was carried out by specialists of the metal products certification organ of the ASSOCIATION OF STANDARDIZATION, CERTIFICATION, QUALITY CONTROL, Magnitogorsk. Based on analysis of documents and test results of samples, the commission concluded that rope manufacturing was in accordance with regulations. The actual quality of ropes complies with mandatory GOST requirements. This made it possible to confirm the validity of certificates until the end of 2008.
